H. B. 4477 -- "A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5-19c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the technical and adult education services; providing legislative findings; requiring the State Board to develop a program for the payment of General Educational Development exam fees for certain individuals; requiring rulemaking; and requiring certain eligibility requirements.".
